hi, i forgot the buddyauth protal password ,so i request a new password but the new password is incorrect I have submitted three times, they are wrong
One place to look is Windoze *loves* to add a trailing space to cut-n-pasted material. Be certain your password does not contain any leading or trailing spaces when you copy it. But, there is no way the password is wrong, reset it again and if you still have problems send us an email to support@thebuddyforum.com including your pass and the registered email
