      Hi

      i have recently up my windows from w7 to w8.1 for hardware compatibillity and nnow HB crash when i lauch it i have all the requirement installed

      there is my log View attachment 120582

      its a fresh install of HB don't have setting folder

      You are running HB v2.5.9678.724. WoW patched this morning and the update for HB hasnt been released yet so it wont work.

      remove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard from here
      run it as administrator.
      after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart
