It's alright, all cool now. A new update is out, and all the unhappy people are gone. As usual.

All I want for WoD is dungeonbuddy to be up and running as this is the primary method I use to level my characters.

Tony, all you're doing is proving my point. I never once "ordered" any of you to update things. In fact, go back and read every single one of my posts I've ever said. I'm pretty sure you'll see words such as "asked" and "suggestions" quite a lot.

Customer service is about taking what customers are "asking" for and "suggesting" be updated and seeing if those can be added as a priority.

I will state that if one of my employees told a customer to go out and start their own company, especially when that customer brought up extremely valid points concerning the customer service skills of my moderators, those employees would no longer be employeed with me.

All of the moderators that have commented in this thread are doing is cementing my opinion about your customer service. And yes, it is my opinion, but I've also backed my opinion up with valid arguments.

Tony and Bambam, just so you know I'm going to be sending an email to Bossland about this thread and I'm hoping he reads over it. Your customer service skills are as terrible as I've ever seen. The fact that Bossland allows someone with your utter lack of professionalism to interact with this community boggles my mind.

You may be a decent programmer, but that is the only place you belong in this company. Saying that the communities suggestions are worthless is about as low as you can get in terms of customer service.

I have to be honest, Tony, there is no need at all for such a derogatory attitude to your (most likely) paying customers.

you bought your key at 3/2/2012 7:57 PM you activated your key at 3/2/2012 7:58 PM and then you asked for a refund and we refunded your money ofc (i am talking about this acc)

so when you are talking about paying customers you are not referring to your self i am afraid

i just wanted to be honest as well
