      every time i go to start honorbuddy i receive this error, ive read some other posts about this but im not very tech savvy and i dont know how to do some of the things that might fix this issue. Any help would be appreciated -- thanks!

      remove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard from here
      run it as administrator.
      after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart

      Start Button < Control Panel < Uninstall a program

      Now I finally got it to open properly, but when i put in my key it says, "You have entered an invalid key. If you are using an old shop username, they are converted to key login and sent to your registered email address. Please use your key to login." So i purchased a trial key and received the same message..

      then the key your using is not correct.

      make sure there's no spaces before or after your key.

      also if you haven't register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same e-mail you used during checkout. once you get in you should be able to view your keys. make sure the key your trying to use matches the one listed.
