I was grinding a lvl 1 dwarf hunter overnight. This morning i had a whisper from someone say blizard gaming volation logout to see ban. but nothing yet. anyone have ideas?
I think if a GM bans you you automatically DC and can't log back in, but i'm not sure cuz i havn't been banned before. Who was the whisper from??? A GM? Normally they identify themselves first in a whisper.
When you are banned, you are disconnected. If you try to log in again, you are prompted with an error saying that your account has been suspended.. I am rather certain that you are not being banned, pfchale. As Synik pointed out, many scammers try to scare people into going to their website and log in (thinking that you are logging in on Blizzards website).. Thereby they gain access to your login information, and hack your account
That's 99% a scamer, did a new chatwindow open? And also I have tried this, the real deal. You can't log in and the GM will dc you if he finds out, right away.
Yeah it's just Scam... I got more than 10 E-Mails... Down in the E-Mail is the "Blizzard Support Page" the links will forwared to a Scam Site. Just Ignore it.
Seriously? This is the 1st time you've ever seen one of those? 100% scam. I seem to get them 5-6 times a day.
