Its not really banwave, I just got 5/7 gatherers down, if that was banwave, the forums would already be in fire!
It's been a small wave for a long time now, starting with the pqr bans and the pickpocket bans. Everyone refuses to admit or address it but whatever
I'm still standing. I bot about 16 hours a day, so it's believable. For you that are running multiple accounts, you are attempting to hide your ip from blizzard, correct?
1 account pickpocket = ban 1 account instance = No ban 1 bank account = No ban 1 gather = no ban ?Any ideas why only the pickpocket one get banned?

You mean 30% of your bots or you assume from the air for 30% global? Actually, I was online last night with more than 14 (but not simultaneously) on the very same IP - 3 rogues on different PC, and 11 on the main. Only 7/11 are gatherbots, which as I can safely assume now - ran all 7 in the same time and got autobanned by the server - meanwhile on the same IP I had 2 rogues online, but neither of them received suspension.
You definitely have no idea what a wave is. Just look few weeks back with the PQR one, and you will got the picture Its just a GMs activity, wiping some accounts here and there, usual scenario.
#18 You have CLEARLY not been around af bot forum, when a banwave happens, just look at PQR, and when PiroX Archaoelogy bot were banned. Oh god, what a mess.
Even if 10k accounts get banned it's not even a ban splash let alone a ban wave... It's simply the way blizzard works.. They Delay bans and deliver them in batches. I'm not talking about "hacking" bans or anything that is related to software detection. Instead of banning bots on-site, they verify who's a bot thanks to reports and simply checking the accounts activity logs for example, and depending on the findings and the GM's diligence, they might investigate further and link more accounts together to bust a bunch of small goldfarms all at once. That way the bans has more of an impact, less false positives, and cause a slight confusion between botters as to "What got them caught?" Their way of Scaling the bots while still making money MeThinks.
Got a 72hr ban today which was very very wierd. I was playing manually in IOC then got teleported randomly back to specific positions for over 15 minutes. First I thought its server lags, than I wrote in the BG chat if someone else has this issue and bam I got disconnected and suspended.
