I'm a level 90 hunter, with Mining 600 and Jewelcrafting 525. What should I do to earn gold? I'm only looking to make back the amount of money I pay per month :S
Just don't use GB2 profiles. If you can figure out how to make your own it may be useful but the current profiles are a good way to get banned.
Numerous things you can do. Skinning - On my server this is a untouched market. Mostly cause the cost compared to effort to obtain stacks enough to make a small fortune (6-12k) is not worth it. But since HB does it for you, wth. Mining - Probably the most common. On my server the ore goes for 60g a stack. Easy. Herbalism - Simply same as Mining but faster to get stacks and the different costs for each. Golden Lotus will be you're hot seller here. Enchanting - One I havent seen many people do or accomplish cause it's hard to justify farming 5 accounts at one time, but if you can do the Heroic Dungeons and disenchant everything you get then you might make some gold there. Reason most people don't due it is solely cause that 15$ x 5 just to pull it off. This doesn't even account if you have a 6th account thats your main. One rule I'd recommend and it's helped me a lot. Dont bot more than 4 hours at a time, no more than 8 hours total. Second rule I'd recommend is to advertise the selling of items in bulk in trade chat. No AH paper trail. Also dont do CoDs, as that also leaves a paper trail.
I do not feel that there is something specifically aimed towards hunters in making gold. All classes can make gold, and just being a hunter does not necessarily mean anything beyond the fact that they can have a mounted speed buff. If you want the quick and easy gold then I would go for the Mining / Herbalist combo which is highly efficient at farming up gold. When you are selling your materials always keep a shopping list in Auctionator that has all things you can convert your items into (For simple Mining table you would put in both the ore and bars of any materials you are going to farm) this way you can see if it would be more or less profitable to turn the items into bars for example. On my server there is a fantastic mining economy and it sells quite fast. I list my MoP metals as bars and they sell quickly. If you have a second character I would suggest that you pick up alchemy and Jewelcrafting and begin to turn those small profits into even bigger profits by saturating the AH with cut gems and potions/flask/elixers when you have already posted large amounts of ore or bars.
Nothing wrong with GB2, been going at it for months and no problems. It's all about how you go about using it ~.^
what about using RandomBuddy..It seems to beat the problem of GB2 profiles being over used and therefore ppl getting the ban hammer .
