Unless you can find a link that no one else has found you can't until they release it. If there was a stable release, then the current version wouldn't be labeled test release.

ATM, my first opinion is you should not be botting. If you have such a hard time understanding the procedures for releasing a Test/Stable release, I expect you will be banned within a month of using HB.

Based on your difficulties understanding the difference between test/stable, indications are you haven't learned enough about the bot to know what you are doing. In which case, you will most likely end up banned.
