      Had to do a reinstall today and I hit a bit of a snag. The Setup Fails in error 0x80070490

      I have redownloaded off BuddyUpdates, ran as administrator, downloaded the zip, extracted, and HB errors when i try to run it. No go.

      Beating myself up on this one, looking for some aide.
