HB crash

i cant find any of these four files. i have run 3 different seaches on the computer, for specific for half the phrase and then just the basics and nothing has come up. The buddy launcher says i have .net4.0 but installs the C++ stuff. Would you be able to help me finding the files? IO use Win 7 home SP1

 

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

 

Actually glad i seen this Tony has helped me before with this but i also had trouble removing them , are you saying we dont have to remove them we can just follow what is stated above and it will work , sorry not very good with windows 8 still i actually found the microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable under programs but i did not find the microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended

Mine keeps stopping after a few days and says WoW Retail not working when i try to use launcher.

 

i did this but there is no windows update options for any of the items listed.. i have tried running the bot and it comes up with the same error crash.

 

the entire goal to the instructions that tony posted was to remove whatever .net frameworks you had installed and let our installer, install whatever is required. .

go to Programs and Features in your windows control panel, and if you SEE.
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

Uninstall / Remove these programs.

restart your pc,

run it as administrator.

Restart your machine again.
run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++

Ok did this again... removed all c++ from 2005 -2012 removed all net frameworks 1.1 and 4 then restarted....then i ran launcher which yoou specified. then i ran updates as instructed...and one again the same error has continued to show itself... I am sorry if i am being troublesome but i don't understand how it even happened. I ran the update for HB then i got the error. now i have done this 3 times and it still has not worked.
