We will just have to wait and see how the game is received at it's launch then. If they execute it perfectly with their collision and fix their lag issues, I can see it being the major pvp game of this year.
Sadly, I was unimpressed with the beta as well. It felt like it should be a console game over pc from the feel of the controls it would be better suited for that environment. As far as a bot for it, I doubt it'll spark enough customers to really be the NEXT big thing like everyone's assuming. Either way that's my 2cents on this game and the price for something that feels like an 80's game is way too high, if you really wanted something like this get a shooter hell go back to COD lol
Guys chill down. As always there has to be a demand, not only at start but for months. Otherwise there isn't any economic sense. So just wait, if the game is still alive and growing in some weeks/months they will sure sit together and discuss. (as with every game in the past too)
I have really enjoyed the beta so far, but I uderstand from a business perspective the risks in taking this on so early. So if this game does go big and you guys decide its worth the effort to write a bot count me in. Hell I'll even spring for a weeks worth of beer and pizza for the first week of work! You guys rock, Dave (Nagrii) 6 90's botted, 1 ban for being stupid
I played the beta a few months back, I don't see myself ever setting foot in TESO ever again. It is the most beautifully optimized online game I've ever seen. But combat, skills, UI and PvP is just horrible. It's like Guild Wars 2 all over again but even worse.. I'm sticking to WoW until a game with similar PvP-system comes out. This whole stupid carebear thing most MMORPGs are going for these days just ain't fun..
Even if the game sucks, It has over a million pre-orders. Which would mean there is money to be made for us botters ^^ I would defenetly pay for a good bot in TESO
I think an interesting question will be, is there any anti cheat system. I mean Rift as the best example... first everybody thought they didn't have one but then we had a lucky surprise didn't we ...
That's very true! But I don't think Bethesda will say anything about their anti cheat system( if they have one). But I do really think it's worth a try, if we are able to bot without to many bans there is some good proffit to be made(for us the botters and for the bot developers). Correct me if I'm wrong ^^
These guys are hyper crazy banning gold spammers and hackers. Gold spam is being muted and kicked quite fast. Some hacks are insta-ban. I am not so sure that a bot for this game is a good idea. One email from customer service clearly states that "after reviewing server logs..." Looks like they are doing all server side detection and doing a good job of it.
