Honestly, I wouldn't use the AH one, it happens waaay to fast for it to be human. I know a lot of people who have been caught that way. Just post it yourself.
There are addons that post way faster than the bot. Check out TradeskillMaster (TSM) for example, I used to you use addon with piroxbot back in the day because piroxbots didnt have a AHbot.
