After the new patch release when I try to switch toons I get this problem and now honorbuddy is not functioning. I shouldn't have to reinstall after each use. Sorry here is the latest log for my problem: View attachment 7548 2014-03-12 16.13.txt
all i can really tell you is that when I log in it attaches and everything but doesn't switch the class profile and i get the error. Btw it works if I open it up using the monk again but like I said I can't switch toons.
How are you switching toons? You don't leave HB open and switch toons, correct? Are your toons named the same? Also, can you upload your log as an attachment. Your link doesn't seem to work. EDIT: Ok, I had a look at your log. It is for an undead hunter, but for some reason, your settings are set as if it's a windwalker monk. Did you copy your settings and rename them or something? I will change it so it at least doesn't crash in this situation, but in general you should not copy settings for different toons.
Thank you and no I did not copy settings and because I had a routine set on the hunter I had to relogin for the monk to work. Then when I tried to switch back to the hunter was where I had the problem. I've switched toons many times before this patch and it worked fine.
These settings are not account wide, they are on a per-character basis. Somehow your settings (that is unique for your hunter, identified by realm and char name), are set to use a monk - windwalker class profile. This should only be able to happen through manual fiddling with the settings folders/files.
