Hi, I'm getting this error when I try to download the new GB release. I am fully logged in when this happens and I'm using the link in the OP. Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid. If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.
If this is to me, I have run it as admin, both GS and normal version. I'm sorry, I should have stated this. Also, this is Windows 7 x64.
By run as admin i dont mean just to be logged in as admin, but to: Rightclick the GB symbol and chose "Run as ..."
I understand completely. I've actually done it both ways - Right click, run as Administrator, and also modifying the properties to check the box to run as administrator.
Thanks! Running it now. I just realized what the difference between the reg and gold seller are, and its awesome! Thanks!
Try to redowdload Gb, happen to me the first one i download dont have all the files in it. after that is all good.
Init: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Cannot start - reinstall Gatherbuddy. when I go to reinstall it, it says components already installed.
I thought I'd move it within a node, to see if anything changed. It does, but GB is still not actually moving to the node. I even unchecked and rechecked the "Click to Move" option within WoW. An excerpt from the log:
[9:52:42 AM:238]:Error - Endscene hook failed: ReadUInt failed. Are you running WoW in DX11? (Only other thing I can see causing this issue, is lack of privleges to do so. [Not running as admin]) - And yes, I know you're trying to run it as admin.
Ok, somehow I fixed the issue. Apoc, thanks for responding (and thanks to Bossland as well). I wasn't running in DX11, but I did have a shortcut with that switch on my desktop, which I was not using to run the game. In fact, after your post I said to myself "Ok, let's make sure without any shadow of a doubt that I'm not running in DX11". So, even though I know I didn't edit any WTF config files, I nuked the WTF folder, and restarted WoW. I disabled all addons, verified mouse/looting options were correct, and ran GB. It's running around perfectly now, so while I can 100% confirm I wasn't running in DX11, something was clearly screwed with my config, because now it works perfectly fine. Again, thanks for helping me resolve this baffling issue. Perhaps something to note when people have GB issues that can't normally be explained away, have them delete the WTF folder.
Ok i have an issue i hit start botting and it says Code: Wait before another mount attempt. Bar 3 button 1 to mount. Gatherbuddy 1.7.4.1 is stopped. 4 mount attempts. Stopping patrol. Starting Gatherbuddy 1.7.4.1 running Better Scholzar TEST. Character is a level 80 Alliance h. Character will gather ores and gems. Character has Engineering and will extract from gas clouds. Combat range is 5 yards. Character will repair when gear is at 50% durability. Character will do mailbox runs if inventory full and when botting hours expire. Will exit in 16 hours. Current zone is: Sholazar Basin. ZoneId is 3711. Harvest count reset to Zero. Patrolling...Better Scholzar TEST Mount to Patrol Bar 3 button 1 to mount. Gatherbuddy 1.7.4.1 is stopped. 1 mount attempts. Stopping patrol. so basicly it wont mount on its own i did more testing by manually mounting it also refuses to dismount
All working fine for Me. checked - exit on full bags checked - rez at spirit no repair, no mail, no wait on rez. set to herb used same bar as always. started up ran fine. will report if any problems.
As of right now, what is on Bar 3, button 1? If you aren't currently viewing it, hit SHIFT + 3 to bring up that bar. If it's a macro, try with putting your mount there, just for a test. If that works, then perhaps your macro is faulty.
it is set up properly. no macro used and mount shortcut used. nothing changed from the last version (my setup wise).
Backstory: I just narrowly escaped death, because I happened to look at the bot while he was fighting a skeleton. The problem was the skeleton was on the wall, which was at a steep incline. In WoW I kept seeing the error "Out of range", so I backed him up a step or two manually, the skeleton came to me, and all was fine. Suggestion: If GB attempts to move to target to attack, and still receives out of range after X attempts, backup 5 yards. I've also attached my debug log if this helps identifying the situation.
