Guild bank deposit when bags are full

Does Gatherbuddy do this automatically? This is my first time using it and didn't know if this was a setting I had to set or something I have to do manually.

 

* If you use the goldseller GB
* If you are HSed in the Inn which GB tells you to be
* If the box to make GV runs is activated

I found the settings and set it to deposit. I pressed the empty bags to test it out and it hearthed & moved to gbank fine but when it got there it deposited the saronite ore and also my mining pick and then was stuck trying to deposit the hearthstone I think.

Is there a protected items list that I need to be setting up? Sorry for all the noob questions.

 

BAG 0 , means your first bag is protected, keep everything you do not want to put in the GV in there
