Hi Ive been trying for several hours now fixing this issue. The bot just closes down, like it never was opened instantly after I try and open it. I've tried the following solutions; Restarting PC Restarting WoW Flushing DNS Restoring default host Re-installing Honorbuddy What do I do? Thanks
Weird update; It opens normally on all my characters besides my hunter ( the one i actually need honor on ) What does this mean? edit: and I have previously been able to bot on my hunter, it just decided to stop working at one point.
First thing I would do it it works on all other toons, is have a look in the Settings folder, and rename the Servername\CharacterName folder. If that doesn't work, Rename the Settings folder. If that still doesn't work. New HB Folder and fresh download with no pluggins/additional bots. Slowly add your bots/CRs/Plugins back in to the new install until you have the item causing your fault, or everything back in
Do you just mean renaming these folders? http://i.imgur.com/tvb7er4.png I dont see how that would help but I could try.. edit: i think another solution is needed, folder names cant be the reason?
The 'Settings' folder contains all the saved settings for HB/CR's/Plugins/Bots per character you have used HB with. So, if all of your toons are OK, except your Hunter, that would mean the bot it ok, just something wrong with the saved settings for your Hunter. So open the 'Settings' folder, open the ServerName your hunter is on, and delete the folder that has the same name as your hunter. If that doesn't work, rename the 'Settings' folder to something else. If that still doesn't work, redownload HB and start with a fresh install in a NEW FOLDER
