Could not create current behavior in quest bot; exception was thrown

I can not get the bot to run any profile without it saying exception was thrown. I tried cava and brodies plugin. Both say the same thing.

any suggestions? I tried reinstalling the plugins i tried to reinstall honorbuddy and clearing the cache
