I was reading that players can now buy the Ilevel 264 weapons without the arena battle rating. Whilst it still says 1800 is required apparently this is just a tooltip bug and we're sposed to have ilevel264 for just honor. Can any of the trustworthy people on the forums confirm?
arena weps Sorry mate I can?t find the blue post.. but blizzard said it was "working as intended" and we are supposed to be able to buy the ilvl 264 you can buy all wrathfull armor aswell, except shoulders
Indeed you can, but only things below a rating of 2000 though. -> no 277 arena weapons -> no s8 shoulders
You should see the part where i said i had read this which clearly shows id used google and that i was hoping that any other HB/GB user could confirm this as I tend to trust these people more than random posts i find through google. Ty to all those who posted something constructive without some childish comment at the end though!

Because wasted forum space is something we should all worry about, regardless of the fact that the owner's and operators of this website have the ability and freedom to remove any unwanted/needed posts in order to make room for other posts should a shortage, or performance issue occur? But call it what it is, don't make up some BS about him being lazy / stupid / <_____> for not using google. that aside : Bobble, this is the internet and absolutely every time you post a question on the internet where you could have found the answer out moderately easily on your own (i.e. go pay 70 honor for any of the shields where the tooltip has a rating requirement on them, and then simply sell it back to the vendor after you find that it works) you're going to stand a very high chance of facing ridicule for not figuring it out on your own. If he felt superior for pointing out google he must have pretty low self esteem. if he'd googled ilevel 264 weapons (you know, the title of the thread) the very first link is the answer. you expect him to be able to bot without being caught, but he can't google something? that's called enabling buddy, and it's not a good thing to do to anyone. sure he could have said, please use google.com for the answer, but fuck, where's the fun in that? and you're little snide f(x)=2x^3 is the same shit as you're criticizing him for. being a dick.
Also, for those with shammies, the ilvl 270 shields are very cheap, at 70 honor (which I got from a single AV where we lost)
yes it is a good deal all around. i think something similar has happened at the end of the last 2 tournament seasons.
This is true. Go into the Dalaran Sewers to the arena gear vendors. The items in the list will still be red if you don't have the 1800 arena rating, but you will still be able to purchase them for the required amount of honor.
