Hi guys Due to lack of support on the support ticket ive made i decided to make this a public request. When you create a buddyauth account, you have to put in your email address, however after you have logged in a and everything is fine you cant change your email address without involving support and basicly describe your life story for them to believe you. I want to change my email address because my buddyauth has been locked due to too many password attempts (what can i say, im a busy lady and i have tons of password and i dont get it right always the first time), now i cant reactivate my account because support isnt helping, not is my email changed as i have requested. Please either let us be able to change our email addresses there or remove the buddyauth page. Thanks for listeing. TIA
Hey Tia, let me answer you on what you wrote. If someone locked his account on buddyauth, then he can just go to the Log-in link and go to password reset, when you reset your password your buddyauth is unlocked again. We do not allow email changes of accounts for one single reason - security. We can allways move keys from one account to another account, if the key holder asks us to, but we will never allow users to modify their email/username. Once you see, that your old account will be of no use for you, just create a new account, ask the support to move your keys there (contacting us with your old email), and you are done.
