banned after botting for 3 weeks, Fisrt real bann ever.. Only 1 suspension before

So i recently got permanent banned on my wow account ive been playing on legally for 8 years, but for the past 3 weeks ive been using Gatherbuddy, and BGbuddy and ah buddy, not on any strange times tho.

I got this msg from blizzard:

Blizzard Entertainment has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software.

These programs (commonly called cheats, bots, and hacks) automate certain aspects of gameplay, or provide unintended advantages and abilities to the player. This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment.

Due to the fact that i have only 1 suspension on my account before through out the 8 years, i thought i could get a reduced appeal by lying and saying i wasnt botting etc. My appeal now got denied and im not sure what i should do, if i should keep on lying and say that the least thing that blizz can do is to reduce my bann to 72h + final warning.

Should i admit the fact that i botted and beg for a second chance?
