Did you actually watch it do this or is this what you found in the log?

Sometimes it will do this if there is server lag and even manually clicking on the repair NPC doesn't work. I've had to restart WoW to get it to work. Actually happened with mail today on my server.

check your characters bank, there may be items that need repaired. in 4 0 1 blizz messed up a bunch of stuff

I have had this happen to me as well, quite often.

 

Oh, then I dunno. Post a full log.txt and maybe a dev can help you out, i've exhausted my knowledge =(

 

I have had this problem too a few times and have had loads of blank mails because of it but it only seems to happen when starting the bot so i normaly catch it all i do to fix it is stop the bot fly a little bit away from where I was usually above K3 then it runs fine hope that helps for you guys too I know it's not a perfect solution but it's a work around

 

Hmm, Yeah manually fixing worked.. but not the best solution for me due to my botting habbits.. 99% afk'ed and away from the comp so can be doing that for hours on end with out me knowing :X

 

As I said this only seems to happen when starting the bot and as i dont usually bot afk I am 99% sure it wont happen once started as i play wow on my main acc on pc next to my botting laptop so if it would happen during a run am sure i would have noticed
