What Purpose: Farm Malthael to get Recipe for Reaper's Wraps and Crafting Material: Reaper's Fear (used for crafting Reaper's Wraps) 2. What does it need: a. Adventure Mode need to be unlocked b. Demobuddy Beta Version 1.1.1795.388 or newer c. Trinity plugin Version 1.8.21 SVN rev 73 or newer d. QuestTools plugin 3. How does it do it: Creates new game in Adventure Mode, enters Pandemonium Fortress Level 2 through waypoint, then explores forward, finds and kills Malthael. 4. Problems: a. exploring is not efficient, some backtracking, but still beats farming manually. b. because current trinity can not avoid very well during the fight with Malthael, your char need to be able to face tank Malthael, if not, you need to lower the difficulty. 5. Worked quite well except for one thing, Malthael doesn't drop loot until his death animation is finished so you need to add some wait-timer before using town portal so we actually get loot!
Current wait time is 20 seconds, should be more than enough, how many times did it happen to you without time to loot?
I would like to add, that if you reset quests, you will get the mat on the first drop.. assuming you get the recipe before. Also the reapers wraps aren't all they are *****ed up to be. but thanks for the profile
The reason people are farming that map again and again usually is for elemental skill damage roll up to 20%, and you usually need multiple rolls to get a good base with high skill or high crit chance to reroll and you also need to craft for other classes too.
The map was generated randomly, which will confuse Trinity sometimes, if this happens too often, please report back, thanks.
Can you please change the title to Malthael instead of Mathael? You spelled wrong on his name somehow and it's preventing people from being able to search for this profile, I wanted to find a profile that could kill Malthael but when I searched nothing came up.
I just watched this run and had 2 issues. The first was that it found the portal to level 3, but did not go in and then continued to explore the rest of level 2. Also, the profile wanted to leave before Mal dropped loot. Attached a log file
