I'm contributing one of my biggest money making profiles Profile Information: ---------------------------------------- Zone: Scholazar Basin Software: GatherBuddy Item: Crystallized Fire Requirements: Engineering, Zapthrottle Mote Extractor Levels: If you can get to the Basin your good to go Expected Yield: Approx 70 Crystallized Fires per hour (7 Eternals) *Will vary depending on other people in area and such Approx 10 Crystallized Waters per hour (1 Eternal) Depending on if you have Mining or Herb then a plethora of either also Error Rate: 95% Error Free (might get hung up on a couple tree but GB corrects it) ---------------------------------------- Enjoy.. and based on the feedback on this profile I am planning on releasing more profiles in the future (utilizing GB and HB). Edit: Adjusted the rates due to combining Fires and Waters together. Broke them out. Remember that the amounts will vary depending on your server and others that might be in the zone also. Glad you like it. I was going to work on making things more effecient on this one and my others but with 4.01 around the corner, decided to hold off til an update to gb/hb is released for it. Then after a couple days I should start releasing a steady flow of profiles for various things. feel free to pm me suggestions on what you'd like to see and i will start a working list of what to work on

i've used others profiles and made my own. Uptil now I've never contributed to the community other then trying to help people via chat or on here. With the recent outcry saying i'm too mean to people on here (well on chat), those that have seen it first hand know what i'm talking about, I was basically accused of being a "leech" of others work since i claimed to know things yet never contributed. So I thought why not let them taste the souls of their own boots by starting to put some of my work out here. I know this is only 1 profile right now but wanted to get my toes wet before diving in with that canonball and soaking everyone around the water front
So, do you think that having a full time smoker would produce a noticable amount more than having a miner/smoker in the same period of time? i'm running a miner in the zone separately and a smoker separately but thinking of having my miner (whos an engy) do mining/smoking there and then have a herby doing herbs since i have a buyer wanting me to sell him adder's (but my main herber is doing ice/lich)
this particular profile produces a far larger amount of fire's then any miner could produce in the same amount of time. Specially since fire's typically only came out of titanium ore veins. A Miner/Smoker mix is a very good one, although you should make sure you play the AH carefully when doing so (but if your using the fires (and waters) for things like Titansteel or cloth then you'll be doin good
alright thanks, im actually considering moving my miner/herbs to a diff server, and keeping just my smoker running, you said you made good money off just smoking? otherwise might make my smoker into miner/herb and solo run sholozar for herb/mining since it'll be my only toon on that server for personal gold (moving the other two to make profit on higher demand server)
great job! been running for a little over an hour now and its perfect! 100+ crystallized fire within 1st hour of use!
+rep, Eternal fire is going for over 30g per on my server. got 8 stacks in a 12 hour run plus 4 stacks of titanium. This is by far much better than farming Wintergrasp for Titanium. Thank you for this awesome profile
What are the requirements to do this? I don't understand how you do this. Do you have to have a certain profession or what
I dont' there think is any bad nodes for this profile But then again, its a Engineering Cloud profile primarly and i hit i believe 100% of the node locations in the zone (whether they are there or not). As for the ore or herb locations not sure, since they are just an added benefit if you have one of those professions also. i didn't set this til i was maxed engineering. So not quite sure, but you have to do the quest to get the pattern to make the tool that allows you to cloud smoke. Its in Zangarmarsh on the west side if your wondering. Its not a pattern you can buy from a trainer, but quests are real simple.
Engineering is the primary professions.. then to benefit from the ore or herb you need Mining or Herbalism.
To clarify this, this profile is made for Engineering. You do not need anything else, but having either Mining or Herbalism can earn you a few extra gold
