Wont find my inctances in LFR

Hello i have a problem.

Today i installed Honorbuddy and wrote in my key as usual, i wanted to do some LFR so as normal il click on dungeon finder, then go under the links of raid, it is here i have a problem, the inctances im avaible to di is not there, i want to do Vale of eternal sorrows etc but they are not there, and when i go under specific it says "please wait while list is loading?

I cannot attach my log file since when im choosing the biggest and latest log it stucks on loading and it never get uploaded.
