D3 Crashing and Poor Performance - Common causes and possible fixes

i just bought a new key and when i go to login in on DB it says this Error attaching to Diablo III, Reason:System.Exception: Failed to create device.

Getting this error now with the new version. My bots run from work and our work connection is behind a *****. The old version of DB used to work fine, how come I'm getting this error now?

I have a problem
Sometimes after the bot create a new game i have diablo 3 stuck on loadscreen and the bot can't run for long time.

Since latest patch I'm not able to use my DB. I have latest version for all requirements (Trinity, Three Musketeers). I have renewed DB's subscription twice already and I'm still not able to use it.. Please please help!

 

moolite, you seem to be on windows xp, they now said it won't work anymore on it, they wer lyning with windows XP support.

 

Got the same problem moolite, I'm using windows XP and it crashes right away...

 

xp will be no longer supported by windows = xp will be no longer supported by the db staff

My game keeps crashing after 1 run or 2. No idea what's going on with it. Please help.

 

Demonbuddy continues to crash and to finally log itself off from service.

I have an unlimited account with DB... Any ideas??
Windows 8.1 x64, everything with system is okey dokey...

Appears to be a connection error. This drops DB...

 

finding D3 Crashes when DB restarts a profile within quick succession

Flow:
Load Profile (Rift Bot-bounties) -> Create Game -> Check for profile requirements (Diablo/Izual fail parameter tripped) -> Leave Game -> Wait (3-15seconds) -> Enter game = Freeze

Almost appears as if it's trying to access locked memory which hasn't been released on the previous run

I've dropped TPS to 1 and Cache refresh is at 500 as well as the suggestions made in this thread

i have almost the same problem as smurfx.
DB runs fine if i load the first profile manually, but it seems like when the profile needs to be restarted D3 crashes:

edit: for some reason this problem doesn't occure while playing with my barb.. only with a DH.. i'm quite cunfused about this

Welcome. I have a problem with a demon buddy , I can not run it on windows vista . Runs for a while and then go off . I do not know what I can do on the forum and did not find any information on this subject. Please help
