My Winterbuddy key cant work

Hello there,
I bought 1 winterbuddy key yestoday, but it failed to login,error message is H:3182914409. plz help to resolve the problem.

 

Hello, try disable firewall or also antivirus software (If work add rule to firewall and enable it), i have tested and key is working so issue will be in connection to buddy authentification server (BTW is not good idea post your key on public forum!!!).

 

I‘ve turned off the firewall, and it still not work.same mistake.

Sometimes antivirus is removing greymagic.dll and another files from the winterbuddy folder. Your winterbuddy folder should looks like View attachment 127113 . Also make sure that you have dot net 3.5 and 4.5 or 4.0 installed. Prerequired software you can found on main thread in forum http://www.thebuddyforum.com/winterbuddy-forum/134595-release-winterbuddy.html try also fresh download

bot needs to be updated, its been a while since the NW.14.20140320a.16 patch and the last change log for the bot is NW.14.20140320a.4

 

i just bought the winterbuddy and downloaded unzipped launched winterbuddy entered my key and all i get are errors each time. idk whats going on with it. hope i didnt waste my money and it not work

 

its not showing a log file in my honorbuddy folder all i can do is post a image of my issue directly from the open bot which i have done on another new forum thread
