Honorbuddy doesn't work!

When I start honorbuddy it never asks me for my key and it only shows the honorbuddy window though without any text, just the interface.

What I've tried so far: Reinstall and repair my net c++, download the latest version of HB, tried on many different characters.

And since there is never any text there are never created any logs for me to attach.

I did take a picture of the honorbuddy window though.

delete that, try again.
Run honorbuddy through Launcher, or if that is what you are doing, use only the exe after starting wow instead. (make sure wow is in directx9 (11 works but sometiems make hb mess up for me) and in 32bit with the 64 bit wow file renamed/deleted from pc.
Delete everything of Honorbuddy off your PC. EVERYTHING. Use CCleaner and eraser to overwrite it 7 times and then use defraggler to defrag the drive, when done fresh install it after restarting your pc.
Run a boot time AV scan
Upgrade to n4.5or downgrade to 4.0 if already at 4.5.

(these are shots in the dark, the above work sometimes or for some, but these I don't if they will work, but it never hurts)
run a rootkit scan, run an AV scan, malwarebytes scan, CCleaner to fix registry issues (misnamedfilepaths/etc).

No logs are created, my log folder is completely empty

 

download the latest version of honorbuddy from here.

after that do a CLEAN Install into a new folder, do not re-install to an previous installation and do not copy over any plugins, combat routines or quest behaviors into this new installation.

 

Done, nothing has changed.

 

then i need a new log.

 

As I have stated twice so far, no logs are created. My folder named "Logs" is completely empty.

make sure to do a clean install into a new folder.

 

I downloaded the beta build and tested it but it didn't solve anything :/

unzip it then run it. after its done doing its thing, restart your pc and try honorbuddy again.

 

It seems as if it was my anti-virus that was interfering with the program, it now works perfectly! Thank you anyway
