Hearthbuddy kind of crashes the game at turn 1

Hello folks,

I just started using Hearthbuddy today after being a vivid fan of other Buddy products. So I thought i start out by trying some practice games but then I encountered a peculiar problem. So far, 4 out of 5 games the bot started a game against a random AI opponent and then this happens:

So the bot "stops" after ending the first turn, but the AI opponent never starts its, also while i can access the menu by pressing ESC, i can't execute any actions with my mouse (like conceding the duel), therefore leaving me no option other than Alt+F4'ing the HS window, resulting in the final, shut down message of the bot.

Anyone got a clue why this is happening and/or how to fix it?

I've had a few crashes today aswell. Hearthstone.exe stopped working then right after Hearthbuddy.exe stopped working. Might be something on my side that is wrong though.

 

Well it's not really crashing like with the neat windows error "... stopped working" etc. it simply doesn't do anything and won't allow any mouse input while keyboard (aka pressing ESC to show the menu) still works.

 

Maybe you need to run it in Windowed mode?
Edit: Which version are you running?

 

I am running HS in Window mode already (also both, HS and HB as admin) and I am using a fresh 0.2 rev 39 version, downloaded a couple hours ago.

 

for me happened as well
its random, sometimes it players 4 5 games normally and then at first round of a new game it stops, doesnt crash but stays at that with no end

why?

i need to close HS, open again and turn on bot again

 

I cleaned my registry and it has been working fine ever since.

 

you cleaned in what way?

specific key?
specific hb key?
whole registry?

 

i cleaned my registry but no chance, its still freezing
right now its frozen

 

Is crashing for me too. windows error "... stopped working"
