Magitek - All in One

ExCombatAssist goes into the botbases folder, Magitek goes into routines folder. Magitek only works with combat assist currently, it won't work well with grind bot or order bot - you'll need to use Kupo for those. I changed the front page and title to reflect that, i'll eventually get to adding movement and everything necessary.

 

Updated ExCombatAssist, you can now use Shift+X to pause the routine. Updated WHM and SMN.

 

On the summoner routine the bot is being interrupted when it uses shadow flare.

 

Blm routine is not using transpose, it will do its rotation and then stand in one place due to not having any mp. Once I press transpose the the bot still just stands there. Do i have a bot setting wrong? I am level 36

 

Any plans to support combat in Wolve's Den for pvp mark grinding?

 

For WHM:

When Solo can it use Cleric Stance for DPS? Kupo does this already but Magitek doesn't.

i am a level 40 blm and with the blizzard III settings, it doesn't seem to cast blizz III very often. ie i have the blizzard III threshold to activate at 800 mana (default) and it will do the standard Fire III/Fire I rotation and only sometimes uses blizz III.

EDIT: Turns out flare single target was the problem there, turning it off fixes it.

 

First up, absolutely love your work. I've been using your Summoner routine to gear it up to full i90 then threw it into T6 last night. Pulled some comparable DPS against playing my Monk and better than the two caster statics in our group haha.
Just a few things to comment on as I observed.
- It seems to have a habit of half casting Shadow Flare regularly before auto cancelling then takes a good few seconds to cast another spell. Is this just following some logic of pre casting Shadow Flare if needed then cancelling when it determines it's not needed? Between the auto cancel and the wait time (outside the mandatory global cooldown) for the next spell is a good 3-5 seconds lost on casting.
- I'll have to look more closely tonight to confirm this if I take it through T6 again but I'm pretty sure it was trying to Bane the boss in the centre of the room when the bulb mechanics were sprouting around the edges of the room. Maybe it could be possible to add a range option to Bane x enemies in y ylms?
- Lastly the seemingly forced self healing spam when either are below a certain amount of health. Unless I've missed an option somewhere this is only really for soloing since there are two dedicated healers that will likely overheal you anyway if you're pushing for more health - that and there's a mechanic in the fight that instant kills you if you're moving / casting which I died a few times to because the bot was self healing So if it's possible to have options for these that would be fantastic.

Other than that, your Summoner rotation is pretty much perfect!

Edit: Just saw your above post on pausing ExCombatAssist with Shift+X. Although that fixes my last point in a way suggesting for more options are always good xD

 

With the trying to bane the boss thing, could putting the boss name in the dont aoe list work? Just a thought.

 

Nice work with the scholar profile pet update. Could bane be added for scholar?

 

i have noticed sometimes with the smn profile, it tends to prioritize fester more than bane when there are multiple enemies. I have set number of enemies to aoe = 3 if it helps. Don't mean to rush you, but will we be seeing a smn pet update for magitek soon? thanks for your amazing work.

 

I don't play SMN, so I need to do some research on how you'd manually control the pet. There's also 3 different pets so it'll be a bit.

 

Also, updated SVN with a fix to pet scholar healing and also added Bane.

For the dragoon rotation, even if I uncheck the leg sweep the bot still does it. Any thoughts? I know this because it keep on doing it during Levi Ex ;/

I have a question about what your arguments are, if I want to fiddle with the routine a bit.

Casting.Cast seems to be in the following format:
Casting.Cast(r => "Ability Name", r => *Actual conditions under which to use this*, r => *Target to use ability on*, r => #, r => boolean)

I'm wondering what the last two arguments do. # appears to be 2 most of the time, and 3 occasionally. I can't tell what the last boolean is for.

 

The 2-3 is a forced wait time after the cast, the boolean is whether that cast needs to be added to the double cast dictionary or not.

 

I see. What exactly does the forced wait time do, and how is it decided what value it is? For the double cast check, initially I though it was true for on-GCD abilities and false otherwise, but that doesn't appear to be the case. What sorts of abilities need to be true for double check? Thanks for the help.

 

Forces wait time will wait for the specified amount of time after the cast, useful for double casting heals etc. Double cast boolean set to true won't use that ability on that target for the next 3 seconds, useful for dots and hots.
