      I've been using the BGBuddy for about a month or so now and today it's been giving me problems. Honorbuddy is having problems connecting to the correct wow process ID and it takes forever to log in. When it finally does log in and I start the bot, it takes forever for it to actually start (about 30 to 45 seconds after I click start will the bot actually start and queue up). I left for like 2 hours once I got it running and I came back and my wow client disconnected for being afk and my honorbuddy crashed so I don't know how to get the logs for that specific session. Anyone else having similar problems?

      Same here, I tried a fresh install and deleted the wow cache and B-net folder so its all fresh still same issue. I have noticed last 2 days I have had tons of DC when im running honor buddy. when I shut it down and play WOW I don't have any DC issues.

      Ok I found my logs. The bot is actually running now but it still takes forever to do anything (find process ID, log in, queue up). it finds the process ID after about 2 minutes (used to be instant), then it starts to log in and initialize (start button is greyed out for about another 2 minutes), then it queues up after about a minute after I click start.

      i think it might have to do with authentication. In my logs i've gotten a few crashes because HB thinks my authentication is invalid. Also noticed that buddyauth is really slow and unresponsive sometimes.

      Guys if you address login problems please don't just post somewhere that you have problems. Nobody will see it and nothing can be done.
      Head over to the support area:Honorbuddy Support and report your problem. Only this way it can be checked.

      Hi, all,

      DaSoul is spot on with this—use the Support forum. The Support staff will need to see your full log attached in order to assist you with the problem.

      @No0bcake, and welcome aboard.
      Thanks for the log. Something you can try before going to Support forum → switch from DX11 to DX9 in the WoWclient and restart the WoWclient.

      We're closing this thread. All those with issues remaining, please follow up to Support forum.

      cheers,
      chinajade
