I'm a recently new user and I've been having trouble off and on getting this to work. Sometimes things will work and go flawless. Then I get in a rut where it says loading spells and dies. I'm getting the same result on two different machines. Both are definitely running 32bit, I've followed the spring 2014 install video, disabled addons, and programs like video capture/antivirus/etc., deleted the 4 cache folders suggested in another post. I love the program when it's working for me so if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. I tried to rake through the posts in support but I admitted defeat and had to call for help..... Hmmm... that may have been it. At least on my laptop it's running fine. My main desktop , not so much... but I won't complain.
