got GB now want to upgrade for 30days but cant login to shop, when i log in GB is states "not paid" but how can i pay if i cant login in the shop. Tried resetting my password, which worked just fine at least is says succesfull change but i still can login... wazup?
at bossland it states "not paid" just as in the client. using the same info for gatherbuddy - login it states that my login is incorrect but when i reset my password it doesnt accept it either.... just can login there but my account details are correct.
it states " The username or password you have provided does not match our records." yet when i enter my email and username to reset i get the info to reset and all is done.... when i try to login it states the same... over and over again is it possible to receive my login details by email again?
even after reset the status message keeps the same.... as far as i know the account details are correct but it just wont let me login.... sadly its not the 1st time..
