Well i bought the 3 day trial 2 days ago and it stopped working yesterday after the very 1st day.it is saying " There was an error authenticating your key, please wait til later or enter another key" followed by "Max Sessions". what does it mean by "Max sessions". and why did the heartbuddy always crash after 2 hours of it being on? thanks
go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and cancel/kill the session it will release the key and allow you to sign back in
