Authentication failed

Authentication failed all the time. I know I have the right key. Any problems with the servers atm?

 

Everything was fine until one minute ago...my honobuddy crashed and then... "Authentication failed.Invalid product key!"

Pretty sure everyone is down or about to be. I got kicked off in the middle of a raid about 15 minutes after the "can't log in" threads started so more folks will be pouring in shortly. I can't get into the Auth Portal either, so it isn't just you, it is the authentication server.

Also occurs on .5101 so its def is a server problem.

 

Same problem. I understand buddyauth.com is having issues which is likely why this is occurring, started slow now unresponsive - should probably invest some cash to make this a clustered web service. Maybe get some monitoring on your services, which attempts to log in to the service and as soon as it notices a failure cause it to restart the service and then notify the admins in the event the restart doesn't resolve it. Pretty basic admin 101.

Don't mean to insult, just to put the bird on your shoulder if it wasn't there already.

Their MySQL server is overloaded. They may need a reboot
