still not working So its still not working. I also cannot seem to delete any of the old honor buddy files says I do not have permission.
yea, something is going on with your pc. ether your anti-virus is locking the files preventing them from being written to, or deleted. or your pc got pwned somehow. etherway its never a good sign when you cant delete files you should be able to.
Well i figured out i need to right click and select properties then security then (add) Type in Everyone select share all. then Apply once that was done i was able to delete stuff so all honor buddy stuff is deleted going to retry and install now.

your pc is STILL having file owner ship issues. System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\DavidJ\Documents\Honorbuddy\Routines\Singular\Settings\MageSettings.cs' is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) are you sure your logged in as an administrator?
not sure about if I am logged in as an administrator or not.. but what i did now that you told me that was problem was I went in and edited those files that were locked and set them to Everyone. and it seems to be working now.
