Just got my trial of HB and the first day everything worked fine I ran for at least 16 hours then day 2 and I keep getting this error, sometimes it doesn't make any effect and sometimes it does but either way it bugs me and causes issues. I would like to buy HB but don't want this to be persistent through my experience.

Please attach your full log that captures the problem, and let's have a look.

I am actually having the same issue and I have attached my log. The error shows up as the third entry from the bottom.

Hi, ChaosJedi, and thank you for the log.

      [03:23:17.175 D] System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\***\Documents\Honorbuddy\Plugins\CavaPlugin\Plugin.ver'.
      at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)

Please install your Honorbuddy installation to someplace other than your Documents folder. For example, C:/Games/Honorbuddy. Certain versions of Windoze attach additional permission constraints / protections to the Documents folder.

Also, be certain you are running Honorbuddy with Windoze admin privileges.

If you continue to have problems after doing this, please open your own Support thread, and attach the fresh log of the issue. This Support thread belongs to ExplosiveCough.

      cheers,
      chinajade

I have mine installed to my documents and me and Jedi seem to have identical logs. Installing to games seemed to solve the issue thank you it is much appreciated. Started to like this community a lot.

china really shouldn't of answered his post. when people do that it just trains them that they can take over peoples threads, leaving you without support.

now what we need from you is still the log we requested. regardless of what anyone else posts.
