This is my first profile attempt so let me know what I can do to improve. Start the profile at Nesingwary's Safari in Southwest Valley of the Four Winds. Mobs are level 86+ and sometimes pull in groups, so be geared enough to handle that. The loop takes ~30 min. I would suggest checking kill between hotspots and if you have skinning, this is a good profile for that too. WARNING: This is a high traffic area due to quests. Bot at your own risk. Changelog: Avoids mobs like River Strider, Mutated Moths, and Longfang Cubs. Removed Traveler's Tundra code I also made the modifications to change this to a skinning profile for Exotic Leather. That profile is here: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...77007-grindbot-nesingwary-exotic-leather.html
Testing this profile now. I am really loving it, this is great! Blood DK Level 86 pulls 3-4 mobs of the Dustback Mushan and easily AoE's them down. THIS PROFILE IS AMAZING FOR SKINNERS KILLING ALL BEASTS!
Currently it's written to ignore all of the other mobs unless attacked, but with slight modifications it could be an exotic leather or multiple meats profile since there are also some Gorge Stalkers just over the hill.
Easy to do ... just have HB open and click on the mob you want the bot to kill , click on advance settings and developer's settings (I believe) click on the option to refresh mob get mob ID. Open the profile using your favourite edit program and paste the id on the id numbers at the top of the profile save it .. profit
Hi, i have build a profile like this for myself too, cause i wanted to try out zaprecorder. I got to notice, since its a really large farming area, i used it to lvl my toon there, because it looks so natural to kill the mobs there for quests. U should post youre profile in the lvl-thread, because it has a real potential for normal afk-grinding.
it kills the river strider along the river and it kills silk moths along silken fields...really annoying, how to fix that?
I am learning that different NPC's have the same faction ID's. For instance, the River Striders share an ID with the Dustback Mushan. When I set it up to attack Dustback Mushan using Faction ID 2136, it also attacks the River Striders. I will have to do some research and change the profile to specific Entry ID's instead of Faction ID's, but I think it's possible. -edit v1.2 now available and fixes this issue.
i dont understand how to edit profiles and am frustrated that there is nothing effective that farms mushan ribs and skins at the same time. even this profile ignores mobs of mushan and runs around pulling stags and foxes
Bots have limitations. The pull distance is maxxed out unless you over ride it, but just because you see it doesn't mean it will be pulled. The idea is that you can press start then leave. When you come back you'll have lots of mushan meat and some leather. If you want more leather, you can always download my leather profile linked in the initial post. If you believe this profile is truly not effective, please tell me how long you farmed and how many ribs and leather you ended up with.
Hm anyone also having the problem, that bot ignores dozens of mushans? Bot mounted flying mount and flew around but did not land most of the time to kill anything.
how do you turnn of mounts? i can only choose to use mounts, can't find how to turn mounts off pls help
Perhaps the Mushans that your bot is ignoring are neutral? Honorbuddy will naturally ignore neutral mobs unless they're included in the GrindArea's <Factions> tag.

Note to the developer of this profile. <Factions> is a sub-element of <GrindArea>. It must be included inside of the <GrindArea> element in order for it to be used by the bot. You can also use <MobIds> to target specific mob entries rather than the entire faction. That should solve your River Strider problem. ^-^
