Is that normal? RAF just follows and never helps the leader kill stuff just wondering... has no problems picking up the items it drops tho -_- any help would be great.
logs? RAF - combat assist? inside instance? outside? what class? what cc? need more info bud Note: it sounds like a CC issue
RAF works great inside instances, i use it when IB fails. is it set correctly? Always kill the leaders target? or never
I had same issues even till today. Both are pallies using mord's cc. Ran both in quest beta using synik's profile. As long they are in range, the RAF follower just follows without assisting. Leader fights alone. Haven't got any clue how to solve. If RAF follower targets another target while RAF leader(in range), targets another, the RAF follower starts getting confused by running in circles wanting to go for it's target and also leader's target till either is dead or aggroed onto him. Do I sound confusing? Lol. hope if any one knows how to solve this same issue
I don't like the RAF function. When I let the windows open and open an other game (example: Counter Strike) in foreground the bots stops working after some minutes and I don't know why. It's fucking annoying.
I think I was getting the bots stopping error myself without using raf. I had one account online with honorbuddy running then opened need for speed world and the game and bot just stayed still. When I control esc out of need for speed it would move again like normal. click nfsw back up and it would do nothing again. So I don't think thats a raf problem
It's a problem of Honorbuddy. If you maximized something else then WoW the bot stands still and does nothing. The RAF function of Honorbuddy is just crap, nothing else. I tried everything, now I don't want to test anymore.
Opening any game that uses directx in full screen while running HB/GB will cause it to malfunction. Most games work alright if you got it working in window mode
logs? no error on logs. it mostly shows: activity: "leader is pulling", and just follows the leader =) RAF - combat assist? yes inside instance? no outside? yes what class? paladin/paladin what cc? mord advanced dunno if it's a cc issue i'll have to see =) thanks guys tho for all the responses =) guess just won't use RAF for a lil i was coding some quest profiles while these were happening so i guess i'll have to wait till i'm not doing anything later =) thanks again.. =)
To be fair theres been a lot of RAF issues lately, i tested it out for a while with convalesance, isis and shamwow and all three have the same issues, i am yet to get anything of use in a debug log so haven't posted and i find it easier to just raf by hand using a level 80 to boost them to 60 through instances. The "follower" drops off follow really quickly and doesnt get it back, however this seems to be because the "leader" doesnt feel like hanging around for the "follower". Unless i'm missing a major setup issue the leader is just on "grinding" as opposed to "combat assist" so it doesnt actually know that the "follower" is using combat assist therefore it doesn't know to wait?
Ive been tracking this problem I have a temp work around coming in the next convalesce but... The problem is that HB is not dropping out of pull state. So when the leader is fighting the follower is still waiting for the leader to pull. Its a flaw in HB that none of the devs seem to be worried about.
I have got round this using the Time Lost Proto Drake AutoHotKey script I forund on MMowned. All it does is spams F12 of the open WOW window. I then keybound Zomgmage's paladin macro to F12 instead of open bags!!! /castsequence reset=combat Judgement, Crusader Strike, Exorcism, Holy wrath, Crusader Strike, Judgement, Exorcism, Flash of light /cast Templar's Verdict
