Any idea what I should say in appeal to get the account back?
It's likely just an autoban. You can try opening a ticket and saying you didn't know it was wrong, or you can flat-out deny botting. Either way, as long as you were only gathering, you have a pretty good chance of getting the account reduced to a 72 hour suspension.
