Problem with HB client

hi , first sorry for my english XD
I was using the cava profiles to level up in wow all ok until lv 36 , and now the HB keep stuck in "Loading Tiles" so i think that was an cava problem and downloaded another profiles and plugins and the problem persists on all profiles i pass the all day searching this and nothing resolve , so the problem is with HB.
I dont know how to take the logs. (teach me)
and i want a refund of 1 day because i cant use the bot today , yesterday was all fine.

and try power cycling your home router.

make sure port 5031 is open on your home router or software firewall solution.
