  • Problem Launching Hearthbuddy.

      Ok. So i've just bought Hearthbuddy lifetime 1 session. And i went to download the software. So i did, and when i then tried to launch it, it crashed. Thought it could just be a mistake, so i did it again, and again and again. it crashes everytime i try to launch the bot. And i really find this be quite annoying.. Spending 20 Euro on it. I've attached the log it made at that time.
      Could anyone please help me, and see if they can point their fingers at what's wrong, and then notify me, so i can get it fixed? Else is it possible to get a refund in some way?

      Have you tried redownloading the program? I bought it yesterday aswell had issues all night, however now during the morning it works smoothly without any errors.

      I just tried to redownload it, like you suggested. Still no luck. It crashes over and over :/

      remove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard from here
      run it as administrator.
      after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart
