   Is there any way to switch routines w/o closing the game and reopening HB and WoW? What if I switch characters or want to run a DPS CR when I already loaded a healing CR.

   You dont need to close WoW, only HB needs a restart.
   And to answer your question; No there isnt a option to switch CR yet.
