hello, my key originally was purchased as a gift, and then i traded gold to upgrade it. I believe it's all under my name but when i log into the portal thing it shows that i have no keys. The reason I am trying to log into that is to see why it's saying max sessions when i only have 1 session open. not sure if this should be dealt with by PM or email since its about my key. thanks.
