This is my personal opinion on it, the results I have may not be accurate over a large test sample but this is what I've came up with. With 3 accounts, I ran these for 8-10 hours a day until I got a ban. The first ban I got was for Dungeon Farming on my level 90 Paladin, then a week in a bit later on my Druid for gathering and my third account has been running for 2 months without getting banned for using Kick's profile questing. So from most to least likely for getting you banned: 1. Dungeon Farming 2. Gathering 3. Questing - still not banned It would turn out however, that dungeon farming generally gives you more gold than gathering and gathering gives more gold per hour than questing. So it would seem to me that if you are running a gold farm dungeon farming is the way to go, because even though you get banned faster you make more gold in that time. Share your thoughts, thank you. P.S bans were not permanent just 72 hour bans.
Seriously i don't really get what triggers dungeon farming bans. I recently had a account farm HOS 24/7 for like half a month, and it didn't get banned. His time run out but i have a MOP trial so ye. In other cases i have accounts banned in just 3 days of HOS farming. Not even 24/7 just 8 hours a day with breaks and everything. Go figure. Guess its go fast and hard or go home from now on.
