Damn son... 20 hours per day and you lasted two weeks? That's a feat in itself.

Getting the ban reversed completely depends on what they actually banned you for. I'm going out on a limb and guessing it's a gatherbuddy auto ban, in which case you can have it reversed to a 72 hour suspension via support ticket. However, if you were being watched by a GM while the bot was running (which isn't impossible seeing as you were running for a solid 20 hours), then you might be SOL if they actually witnessed you botting.

It's worth a try to appeal just in case it was an automated GatherBuddy ban. If you run the same profile for too long it almost always triggers a server-side auto ban which is usually reversed to a suspension if you contact them via support ticket. I know it's easy to get carried away with botting, but unless you're comfortable with losing accounts, I wouldn't bot for such a huge amount of time.

I'd still try to get the account back, especially if it was the first ban. Blizz is usually very forgiving on first time offenses unless they actually witnessed you botting (or you really, REALLY did something to exploit the game).

As M_M said, just fill a basic/stupid appeal. Most botting auto-bans are overtuned to 72h asap, without questions etc.
