Hello fellow botters and developers! Any idea how I could change Kick's profile so it deletes everything in the bags except for the quest items ? I have a mammoth mount, so i can sell and repair anywhere, but the bots seem to just sell some items and leave like cloth and potions. Thanks in advance! Conor
Check the "Protected Items.xml" file in HB's main folder. This lists the items that the bot won't ever sell.
This. But this does not fix all problems, potions I believe for example will not vendor despite removing them from the protected item list. I usually either mail such things or use an plug in to handle them and keep the bags clean. So in response to the OP "you would not edit kicks profiles" to accomplish what you want, or at least that would be a difficult route to go down. There are better solutions via plugins, and as mentioned the "Protected Items list" edit.
