      Community,

I used to use HideMyAss as my private network service, but after getting single account bans, rather than the whole lot on my home server, I just stopped using HMA and moved on without any network. After 6 months of this, I brought attention to my ore supply, gold to bank account operations by reporting a player who has family within Blizzard.. Obviously this wasn't on purpose, but 14 "Abuse of Economy" bans later, I'm looking to rebuild. I tested out a new network service and when I log in on a new network server, I need to change my email due to the "Suspicious activity" thing Blizzard has. This tells me an ACTUAL IP address change occurred.. I now realize, HMA never did that when I jumped servers.. So to my question.. 1) Does Hide My Ass actually do the job? 2) Are Virtual Private Networks worth it? Or did I just get very unlucky this one time and shouldn't stress it moving forward.

      Thanks,
      -Jarvis

I guess the acronym for Virtual Private Network isn't allowed, therefore have been replaced with *s. Sorry guys.
