No 12)EU or US realm? US 13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid This was a permanent ban. I would assume they detected the bot.
Pretty much. They had visual evidence that you were botting (no, HB can't be detected by Blizz) and either issued an auto perma ban or a perma ban because it's a second offense.
