I have been through all the crash posts tried the fixes with no luck. Tried buddy fix and admin run, though it does appear that C++ 2012 might not be installing correctly. Is there some way to check? When it crashes the text in Hearth buddy does not change. Before C++ download it had a string of actions, now it stays nutreral and crashes. Any help is greatly appriciated
remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1 - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard from here run it as administrator. after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart
This fix got me further it now opens and asks if i want to update hearthbuddy before it crashes. I only have windows 7 service pack 1 do i need to upgrade? I can remove the programs and reinstall again but thats a headache.
found the suggestion to add exception to firewall, i did that. still crashes but changes the message now it states something about a bind.
Reinstalled and it seemed like it was going to work. Program opened up , ran , then stated I did not have hearthstone open so it shut down. Open hearthstone and it crashes on the screen checking for updates. In the text box there are no errors crashing on Searching for updates... Reinstalled with the latest version like you suggested. Thanks for your continued help.
Tried a few more time and got a error message stating assembling binding logging is turned OFF if that is helpful for fix
That would be great. You are 8 hours ahead of me in Greece so what is a good time that would work for you to help trouble shoot. I get done at work tomorrow at 2:00 my time 10 pm there. Or I could stay up late 12:00-1 and it would be sat morning for you. Please let me know and thank you for being so helpful.
