Authentication failed

I keep getting Auth failed when trying to use honorbuddy, have never had an issue since purchasing in 2011

Authportal login name is Krizkor

 

auth failed where? on the buddyauth site? or on the bot itself?

 

When trying to open the Bot itself

 

so the issue is with your key?

 

Right now I uninstalled the bot, just downloaded the Zipped version. And yeah when I entered my Key into the initial log in I got Auth failed warning

 

are you sure the key your trying to use is the same one listed on the buddyauth website? are you sure theres no spaces before or after your key?

reset your host file back to default.

and try power cycling your home router.

 

I am using the Active key listed in Authportal, I did copy and paste at first and then I manually entered it in just in case, and still getting the erroe

 

check and make sure you dont have a firewall blocking honorbuddy or a loopback adaptor or some other connection trying to take priority.

 

after reinstalling everything from scratch I'm now able to login, Thank you for your time and suggestions, i appreciate it
